Our Reason:

MISSION STATEMENT: Charity's Angels is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization whose goals are to raise and donate funds to those organizations that provide a sense of belonging and support to those women and children in our communities most in need of food, shelter, clothing, protection, stability, medical aid, education and personal development throughout the year.

Charity's Angels is also committed to empowering people to make a difference for the betterment all women and children.

Our History

Charity’s Angels was inspired by random acts of kindness and the desire to create organized acts of kindness. After being introduced to Pathways (gopathways.org) and receiving an email from co-founder Billie Tallent, co-founder Marci Dacus was inspired to take action steps to co-create and develop Charity's Angels.  We find it of the utmost importance and obligation to actively support the betterment of women and children in our communities. Women are the first line of defense for children. Women need to be empowered with a sense of self worth in order to protect and develop their children. If mothers lack the proper tools the children suffer.

The definition of an angel is an attendant who aids or supports as a guardian. Take the journey from your heads to your hearts and join Billie and Marci in their efforts to help those in our community who may have fallen. You are all beautiful, strong women with a voice. Your voices can resonate and help to inspire those around you. Our goal is to create a forum in which each and every one of you can experience the joy in making a difference in someone's life.
